(CSE: NSM) (OTC PINK: NSMCF) ("Northern Sphere" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Mark Haywood from its board of directors, effective March 14, 2019. Mr. Haywood has been a member of the board of Northern Sphere since October 25, 2018.
