CoolSave installation of Smartcool ESM technology demonstrates potential for savings in temperature controlled food and drink industry at Peter Green Chilled

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 29, 2018) - Ted Konyi, CEO, Smartcool Systems Inc. (TSXV: SSC) (OTC Pink: SSCFF) (FSE: R3W) is pleased to announce that agency partner CoolSave, has successfully installed Smartcool ESM technology at Peter Green Chilled.

Peter Green Chilled operates a nationwide next day delivery network for chilled, frozen, ambient and confectionery food products. Delivery points include catering and manufacturing sites, food service, wholesalers, markets and hotel groups.

The Smartcool ESM technology installation is saving over 330,000kWh annually and due to an innovative funding option, the installation puts Peter Green Chilled in a cash positive position from day one.

Independent, device level, sub metering was installed to measure energy consumption at device level and categorically prove the savings in CoolSave projects using Smartcool technology. This enables customers to fully validate results through an easily accessed web portal.
