Repricing of Stock Options

The Company also announces that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") acceptance and disinterested shareholder approval, it intends to reprice an aggregate of 2,050,000 stock options previously granted to certain officers, employees and consultants of the Company under the Company's Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan").

The affected options were granted with exercise prices ranging from $0.41 to $0.65 per common share and will be repriced to $0.31 per common share, representing the Market Price as determined under the policies of the TSXV and the terms of the Plan. All other terms of the affected options, including their expiry dates and vesting provisions, remain unchanged.

The repricing is intended to better align the interests of the Company's team with those of shareholders and to support the retention of key personnel. As certain of the affected options are held by an insider, the repricing is subject to disinterested shareholder approval, which the Company intends to seek at its next meeting of shareholders. The repricing will not take effect until all required approvals have been obtained.
