Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 31, 2026) - Diamond Estates Wines & Spirits Inc. (TSXV: DWS) ("Diamond Estates" or "the Company") announces today that it has issued deferred share units ("DSUs") to certain of its employees as of August 31, 2026. Pursuant to the Company's bonus plan, an aggregate of 1,881,585 DSUs at a deemed price per DSU of $0.15 have been issued by the Company to certain employees in settlement of $282,237.75 of bonuses owing. The DSUs are to be settled in common shares of the Company within 90 days of the employee leaving from all positions with the Company.
