Xylitol Canada Inc. Announces Name Change to "Sweet Natural Trading Co. Limited"

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 11, 2017) - Xylitol Canada Inc. (XYL: TSXV) (the "Company") is pleased announce the Company has changed its name from Xylitol Canada Inc. to "Sweet Natural Trading Co. Limited" pursuant to the results of the shareholder vote at the Company's Annual General Meeting on September 7, 2017.  The Company will begin trading under its new name and new trading symbol (NTRL) on December 12, 2017.

Upon completion of the name change, the Company's new website, including ecommerce platform, will be found at www.sweetnaturaltrading.com.

The name change and new brand image aligns the Company's new purpose to become a leading natural sweetener company to promote healthier eating by selling food products to reduce refined, added sugar. With obesity and diabetes reaching unprecedented levels, Sweet Natural Trading Co. Limited is focused on disrupting refined, added sugar consumption to making a difference to reduce these lifestyle diseases. The Company will continue to sell its current line of natural sweetener products and will also develop and launch new products in 2018 to provide families a comprehensive food assortment to reduce refined, added sugar consumption on a daily basis.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Eli Grossman has joined full time as Director of Operations effective December 11, 2017. Mr. Grossman has been with the Company since May 22, 2017 as a special advisor. Mr. Grossman brings to Sweet Natural Trading Co. Limited over 30 years of experience building all aspects of Canada's leading natural sweetener brand Billy Bee Honey started by his father in 1958. Pursuant to his consulting agreement (as press released on June 15, 2017) the Company will issue Mr. Grossman 312,694 common shares at a deemed price of $0.12 for consulting services. The Shares are subject to a four month hold period.
