(CSE: SNA) ("Star" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Aero Intelligence Corp. ("Aero") in support of Aero's research and technology collaboration with Toronto Metropolitan University ("TMU"), one of Canada's leading urban innovation and applied research institutions.

Under the agreement, Aero will leverage Star's STAR-A.D.S.® / STAR-ISMS® technology platform as a foundational component in the development of next-generation solutions. The collaboration between Aero and TMU is expected to explore and advance research and commercialization initiatives focused on innovative technologies for the aviation sector, with potential applications across transportation, energy, and industrial monitoring industries.

Dr. Vik Singh, Associate Professor, Global Management Studies and Co-Director of the Institute for Sustainable Practices in Research and Enterprise at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University ("TMU"), commented:
