Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - August 5, 2026) - Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. (CSE: VEIL) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FSE: Y4G) (formerly Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc.) (the "Company" or "IQT") announces that, further to its news release dated July 9, 2026, and following receipt of all required regulatory approvals, the Company's corporate name change to Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. became effective July 30, 2026.

Effective at the commencement of trading on August 5, 2026, the Company's common shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under its new name and new trading symbol, VEIL.

The new security identifiers are as follows:

  • CSE Trading Symbol: VEIL
  • CUSIP: 45836R105
  • ISIN: CA45836R1055

The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the OTCQB under the symbol IGCRF until a future ticker symbol change is approved and announced. The Company's Frankfurt Stock Exchange listing remains unchanged under the symbol Y4G.

No action is required by existing shareholders. Outstanding share certificates and Direct Registration System (DRS) statements bearing the former company name will continue to represent ownership of the Company's common shares and remain valid. The corporate name change does not affect the rights of shareholders or the Company's capital structure.

The new corporate name reflects the Company's strategic focus on enterprise AI infrastructure and the development of technologies that support privacy, security, governance and quantum resilience for artificial intelligence.
