American Lithium Cancels Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 8, 2017) - American Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LI) (OTCQB: LIACF) (FSE: 5LA) (WKN: A2AHEL) ("American Lithium" or the "Company") reports that due to current market conditions, its board of directors has decided not to proceed with the non-brokered private placement announced by the Company on October 12th.

The board of directors has initiated a strategic review of the Company's existing portfolio of assets, with a view to reducing carrying costs and creating a viable land package in the State of Nevada. The Company will provide additional information regarding the outcome of this review as it becomes available.
