A total of 93,445,211 shares were voted at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders and at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders, representing 70.56% of the overall votes attached to outstanding shares.

Following the votes, the Annual General Meeting approved a share premium reimbursement to each shareholder of the Company amounting to approximately US$17.5 million in total, on a pro rata basis of approximately US$0.132136 per common share.
