TransAmerican: Signed a Settlement Agreement with Government of Quebec on Anticosti project

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 4, 2017) - TransAmerican Energy Inc. (TSXV: TAE.H) (FSE: YQJ) (the "Company") announces that further to its news release dated July 28, 2017, the Company has signed a settlement agreement with the Government of Quebec for $305,694 regarding the subtraction of the Territory of Anticosti Island from oil and gas exploration.
In accordance with the agreement, the Company has agreed to the cessation of the hydrocarbon exploration work on the territory contemplated by its exploration permit.
