Horizon Minerals Corp. Appoints Mr. David Bending its CEO

Las Vegas, Nevada--(Newsfile Corp. - September 18, 2017) - Horizon Minerals Corp. (OTC Pink: HZNM) ("Horizon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Bending, the Company's current director, its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Bending replaces Mr. Robert Fedun, the Company's former CEO, CFO, President, Secretary and a director, who has resigned from all his posts with the Company due to personal health reasons.
