Paul Flavell, MA, is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in operational leadership, strategic planning, and large-scale training delivery across corporate, government, and emergency management environments. As President of Sandhurst Consulting, Flavell brings a proven track record of building capability, leading complex programs, and delivering high-impact training, simulation, and resilience initiatives. His background includes senior leadership roles in the Army in high-risk and complex environments, followed by executive responsibility for major training programs with a leading U.S. defence contractor. A senior executive in crisis leadership and large-scale emergency operations, Paul is a qualified ICS instructor with deep Incident Command Post experience. He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Cranfield University and holds a master's degree.
