NTG Clarity Announces Work Valued at $10.9 Million

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 9, 2025) - NTG Clarity Networks Inc. (TSXV: NCI) (OTC Pink: NYWKF); NTG Clarity ("NTG") is pleased to announce it has received new purchase orders ("POs") and contract renewals totaling approximately $10.9M CAD from existing and new customers.

• $1.4M in new purchase orders for offshore and onsite software development services from three new IT services customers.
• $9.5M in contract renewals, expansions, and related purchase orders including:
  • $3.6M in renewed contracts for both offshore and onsite software development services.
    • Several of these renewals include an increase in the number of contracted resources.
  • $2.7M in new purchase orders for offshore and onsite software development services.
    • These POs represent billings against the previously announced $53M three-year framework contract announced in August 2024. The framework contract sets the minimum proposed spend, while purchase orders are issued for specific scopes of work as the engagement progresses and delivery ramps up.
  • $2.9M in purchase orders for NTGapps with existing IT services clients
    • These POs represent billings against the previously announced $53M three-year framework contract announced in August 2024, at a rate 33% higher than originally contracted.
  • $300K in other purchase orders for NTGapps with existing Telecom and Food & Beverage clients.
