Lauren Camp has resigned from the Board of Directors. We are pleased to welcome Ceri Cukran as an Independent Director and who will also contribute his expertise to the audit committee. Mr. Cukran's appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening governance with diverse perspectives and robust oversight.
