"Beginning May 24, 2016, exempt market filers reporting to jurisdictions other than British Columbia and Ontario will no longer have the option of filing certain reports in paper; instead, these reports will be filed and fees paid electronically via SEDAR," says Ian Tennant, Director of Marketing at Newsfile Corp. "Our web-based portal allows exempt market filers to avoid the costs and complications of purchasing and using a SEDAR software license.
