Guelph, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 11, 2015) - Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies, Inc. (TSXV: ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company") is very pleased to announce that ENPAR has recently completed an extremely successful testing program of its patented ESD technology with CHEMSBRO of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

As previously reported, in May, 2015 CHEMSBRO received shipment of an ESD100K unit, capable of treating 100 cubic meters of water per day. Following successful commissioning by ENPAR personnel, the unit was operated by CHEMSBRO's sister company, SAWACO, to produce high purity water for distribution to a local refinery owned and operated by SAUDI ARAMCO. The first shipment of water was delivered to the ARAMCO refinery in late August, 2015.

The unit is also being utilized by CHEMSBRO to evaluate the efficacy of the system for the production of other specialty waters used in power, electronics and pharmaceutical industries.

The ESD100K unit operating in Saudi Arabia was jointly owned by CHEMSBRO and ENPAR. As a result of this successful testing program, CHEMSBRO has purchased ENPAR's 50% stake in the ESD100K unit for CAD $180,000.

As previously reported, CHEMSBRO Management has initiated corporate procedures to secure funding for the purchase of an ESD900K System from its parent company, Saudi BROTHERS Commercial Group (SBCG), the sole owners of CHEMSBRO and one of the largest privately-held holding conglomerates in the Middle East. ENPAR is currently working closely with CHEMSBRO to finalize the terms of the sale and anticipates receipt of a formal purchase order in the near future.

ENPAR's patented water treatment system represents an efficient approach for the production of specialty water products for the energy, electronics, pharmaceutical and food industries. Its innate ability to achieve high water recoveries make this technology an extremely attractive solution for the recovery and reuse of urban and industrial waste waters and process waters.

Dr. Shelp commented, "The successful commissioning of, and subsequent production of high purity water by the ESD100K unit in the KSA represented the first step of our marketing strategy in the Middle East. We are extremely pleased with CHEMSBRO's purchase of 100% of this initial commercial unit as it demonstrates their commitment to our nascent business partnership. The pending purchase of the ESD 900K will bring CHEMSBRO'S immediate term capacity to 1,000,000 liters per day, capable of meeting the demand for a single refinery. ENPAR estimates the near term market for ESD-produced high purity water at tens of millions of litres in the KSA alone. Once ESD has a proven track record in KSA, the partners will focus on the burgeoning recycle/reuse market and investigate in greater detail the market for solar powered units. Through this purchase, CHEMSBRO has taken the first step and demonstrated its commitment to implementing ESD for production of high purity water in the Middle East. Management is extremely encouraged by this entrance into the Middle East water market, which is valued at over USD $4.3 billion."
