(TSXV: ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company"), is very pleased to announce that Eurodia and ENPAR have finalized the terms of the definitive shareholder's agreement to establish a Canadian-based joint-venture ("ENPAR SPECIALTIES INC."). Since August is vacation time for Eurodia, ENPAR SPECIALTIES INC. will be formally launched in early September 2015. Seed capital in the amount of CAD $50,000 will be provided by Eurodia.

Dr. Shelp, who will oversee the management of ENPAR SPECIALTIES INC., commented, "EURODIA has validated ENPAR's patented ESD CapDI system and is negotiating commercial sales agreements. The ESD system will either operate as stand-alone system or as a complement to EURODIA'S core electrodialysis systems. The partners are very excited about near-term business opportunities."
