Guelph, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 5, 2015) - Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies, Inc. (TSXV: ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company") is very pleased to announce CHEMSBRO's commitment to our burgeoning business relationship. CHEMSBRO has formally notified ENPAR of its intent to further utilize ENPAR's ESD technology to increase its capacity to produce high purity water for specialized water markets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

As previously reported, in January, 2015 CHEMSBRO management attended our facility in Guelph and participated in successful testing of the ESD100K unit. As a result of its growing confidence in the ESD technology and ever changing market demands, CHEMSBRO is proceeding with its expansion plans prior to installation and commissioning of the ESD100K unit in Jeddah, KSA. The ESD100K unit is scheduled to arrive in Jeddah this week and is expected to be fully operational within 4 to 6 weeks.

CHEMSBRO reports that the system will be employed by a sister company, Sawaco, to produce high purity water for distribution to a local refinery owned and operated by Saudi Aramco (refer to December 9, 2014, news release posted on www.sawaco.com).

CHEMSBRO Management has initiated corporate procedures to secure funding for the purchase of the ESD900K System from its parent company, Saudi BROTHERS Commercial Group (SBCG), the sole owners of CHEMSBRO and one of the largest privately-held holding conglomerates in the Middle East. ENPAR anticipates receipt of a formal purchase order in Q3, 2015.

In anticipation, the parties have agreed that ENPAR will proceed with the fundamental engineering design work and initiate the sourcing of key components.

ENPAR's patented water treatment system represents an efficient approach for the production of specialty water products for the energy, electronics, pharmaceutical and food industries. In addition, the innate ability to achieve high water recoveries make this technology an extremely attractive solution for the recovery and reuse of urban and industrial waste waters and process waters.

Local media report that the KSA has established a goal to reuse 100 percent of the urban wastewater by 2025. With a reported value of over USD $4.3 billion by Global Water Intelligence, the Kingdom's water reuse market is the third largest in the world.

Mr. Nizar Kammourie, managing director of CHEMSBRO (director of business development at SBCG, general manager of Sawaco Water Desalination, CEO of Suido Kiko Middle East) describes Saudi Arabia as one of the best places in the world for investment in the water sector.

Dr. Shelp commented, ENPAR is excited about the imminent commissioning of its first plant in the KSA and the anticipated purchase of the ESD900K system. Management believes that the Company has finally assembled a winning formula to facilitate the launching of a profitable business venture in the KSA and other regions of the Middle East: proven novel water treatment technology(ies); a strong business relationship with world class Saudi-based companies; and, a large receptive water market."
