Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 18, 2022) - Kuya Silver Corporation (CSE: KUYA) (OTCQB: KUYAF) (FSE: 6MR1) (the "Company" or "Kuya Silver") announces that Annie Sismanian has today tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue a new opportunity. Mrs. Sismanian's departure will be effective as of December 31, 2022 in order to assist in facilitating a smooth transition. Management is commencing the process to seek a new Chief Financial Officer.
