In June, GrowLife announced that the company had entered into an agreement to acquire Portland Based Bridgetown Mushrooms, an organic grower of functional and gourmet mushrooms, a manufacturer of mushroom based products and provider of mycology supplies to support commercial mushroom farmers. The acquisition is on track to close before year's end.

The 2022 LD Micro Main Event XV will be held at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles from October 25th to the 27th. The three-day, investor conference is expected to feature around 200+ companies, presenting in half-hour increments, as well as will include private meetings with executives and investors alike.
