(TSXV: AAT) (OTC Pink: AATGF) ("AirTest" or the "Company") reports that Calvin Dirks has resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately for personal reasons. Calvin will remain as an advisor to the company. The Company thanks Calvin for his participation at the Board level and welcomes his ongoing advisory efforts. Calvin's company, CCS Climate Control Systems Inc. has long been a customer of AirTest and continues to use AirTest solutions in many of the buildings his company services.
