(ArmadaUSA), has signed a consulting and advisory services agreement with Orion Diversified Holding Company (Client). Under the terms of the fee based consulting agreement, ArmadaUSA will advise and assist the Client with corporate structure along with tactical planning and will analyze the Client’s resources, capital needs and offering documentation. ArmadaUSA will introduce the Client to Redrock Trading Partners, LLC to act as an ‘introducing broker’ on behalf of the Client for the purposes of raising capital. The Client is seeking to file a 15c211 and requires market making capabilities.
