The new construction, located at 115 Paradise by the Sea Boulevard along Florida's scenic Highway 30A, sold for a jaw-dropping $24 million. The total dwarfs the previous record of $16.90 million for a residential property - located in Alys Beach - which sold in 2020. A nearby home in Inlet, sold in November 2020 for a then-record $15.95 million.
