Alpine Summit Energy Partners Announces New Expanded Credit Facility

Nashville, Tennessee and Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 14, 2022) - Alpine Summit Energy Partners, Inc. (TSXV: ALPS.U) (OTCQX: ASEPF) ("Alpine Summit" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful closing of a new corporate credit facility (the "Facility") by its operating subsidiary, HB2 Origination, LLC. The Facility is led by Bank7 Corp. ("Bank7") and replaces the existing facility, which was announced on October 28, 2021. The Facility has a total size of USD$30 million. The Facility is secured by working interests in a subset of the Company's producing assets and charges interest at the greater of 5.00% and Prime +1.75%. The Facility, which has a one year maturity, is expected to provide the Company with additional working capital flexibility.

March 2022 Dividend

The dividend for March 2022 that was announced on March 1, 2022 (and is payable on March 31, 2022, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2022) will qualify as an “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
