Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 3, 2014) - ACME Resources Corp. (NEX: ACY.H), a capital pool company (the "Company" or "ACME") announces the termination of the amalgamation agreement dated October 21, 2013 (the "Agreement"), with Forrester Resources Corp., an Ontario corporation ("Forrester"), to acquire all the issued and outstanding securities of Forrester by way of a three cornered amalgamation of Forrester, ACME and a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME to be created (see press released of October 16, 2013, October 23, 2013 and November 21, 2013).
