Silicon Prairie Acquires Mobile-First Crowdfunding Platform, Miventure, to Improve Investor Relations Services For Founders

Orlando, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - November 9, 2021) - Silicon Prairie announced this week they've acquired Miventure Holdings, Inc., a web and mobile crowdfunding app for early-stage startups.

Unlike other crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter and Gofundme, which offer rewards and donations, funding portals like Silicon Prairie allow both accredited and unaccredited to invest in companies in exchange for securities like equity, or debt.
