Sunset Cove Mining Announces the Filing of its Financial Statements on SEDAR

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 28, 2014) - Sunset Cove Mining (TSXV: SSM) (BVL: SSM) (the Company) today has filed its financial statements on SEDAR and on its website www.sunsetcovemining.com.

Also the company would like to announce the incorporation of an affiliate: in January of this year the Company incorporated a subsidiary, B&W Milling Inc. ("B&W" or the "Affiliate"), so as to finance the due diligence relating to the establishment of a custom gold milling operation in Peru.

New legal requirements in Peru are forcing smaller and artisanal mines to mill their ore at registered facilities. Management considers that this will create additional custom gold milling demand.

The Affiliate is in the process of completing a private placement of approximately $225,000 to conduct its work and the Company holds 5 million B&W shares. It is anticipated that in the course of its development B&W will seek to list its shares on a Canadian stock exchange and the company proposes to distribute the shares of B&W, which it holds to the shareholders of Sunset Cove Mining Inc.

While B&W is an independent and complimentary business to the operations of the company, it does share the services of its senior officers.
