Consolidated Tanager Limited Press Release

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 2, 2014) - On April 2, 2014 Consolidated Tanager Limited ("Tanager") refiled on SEDAR its Unaudited Revised Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the Six Months ended December 31, 2013 (the "Revised December 31, 2013 Financial Statements").

The refiling was necessitated by (1) the failure of Tanager to include a Statement of Changes in Equity in the original filing due to an inadvertent mechanical error in photocopying Tanager's Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2013, and (2) the failure to include comparative financial information for the six month period ended December 31, 2013 in the Statement of Comprehensive Loss in the Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2013.

Both of the above defaults or deficiencies have been corrected in the Revised December 31, 2013 Financial Statements.

In addition, Tanager has filed on SEDAR its Notes to the Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the Nine Month period ended March 31, 2013, which through inadvertence had not been previously filed on SEDAR as well as the appropriate CEO/CFO Certifications for the Revised Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the Six Month period ended December 31, 2013 and the related Press Release in the above connection.
