Scavo Resource Corp. Management Changes

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 1, 2013) - Scavo Resource Corp. (CNSX: SCV) (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Arndt Roehlig has resigned as President/CEO of the Company. In his place, Salvatore Giantomaso, a current director of the Company has agreed to be appointed President/CEO. Mr. Roehlig will remain a director of the Company. Concurrently, Ms. Sheikh resigned as Corporate Secretary of the Company and has been replaced by CFO/director Bruno Gasbarro, who has agreed to be appointed Corporate Secretary. The Company thanks Mr. Roehlig and Ms Sheikh for their diligent work in re-structuring the Company and wishes Ms Sheikh well in her future endeavours. The number of directors of the Company remains set as four, being Arndt Roehlig, Bruno Gasbarro, Jurgen Wolf and Salvatore Giantomaso.
