Dynamic Announces Director and Management Changes

Mr. John Hultink retires as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hultink has served the Corporation in different capacities since 2009 initially sitting on the Business Advisory Board, and later as a Board of Director, Chairman and CEO.

John’s stewardship of the Corporation has been instrumental in transitioning the company and paving a solid foundation for the future. The market acceptance of the Corporations new flagship product the “HydraGen™ is the greatest accomplishment achieved in recent years. “Mr. Hultink's vision, foresight and leadership will be missed” stated Grove Bennett, President of Dynamic Fuel Systems.

Mr. Hultink will remain on as an independent consultant in an advisory capacity to assist in the Corporations transition. The Board of Directors wishes to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Hultink for his devoted time and efforts on behalf of the Corporation.

Board of Directors meeting;

Immediately following the retirement of Mr. Hultink, the Board of Directors elected Mr. Wilf Wikkerink as Interim Chairman, Mr. James Payne as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mr. Ronald Perry as Director.
