Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. Announces Results of OSC Review

Oshawa, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 10, 2012) - Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX-V: DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") announces the results of a review conducted by the Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”).

The Corporate Finance branch of the OSC has recently completed an issue oriented review of the continuous disclosure record of the Corporation. The nature and purpose of the OSC's continuous disclosure review program is described in CSA Staff Notice 51-312 Harmonized Continuous Disclosure Review Program. The review was conducted under section 20.1 of the Securities Act (Ontario).

The OSC noted certain deficiencies and recommended that the Corporation issue a corrective news release and commit to making prospective enhancements to the Corporation's disclosure.

Dynamic has recently issued a letter to the OSC committing to making prospective enhancements to the Corporation's disclosure.

The Board of Directors provides an update on certain issues highlighted by the OSC.

The HydraGen™ is a hydrogen generator aftermarket product targeted for use in the heavy tractor trailer industry.

The commercialization of the HydraGen™ product has taken longer than originally planned and discussed in the Corporation’s continuous disclosure. The delayed introduction of the HydraGen™ has caused delays in the realization of certain of the Corporation’s stated goals including a.) the testing of the HydraGen™ on larger diesel engines for off-road applications (including the stationary generator, rail and marine markets), b.) the strategy to outsource the assembly of the HydraGen™, c.) the increase in the Corporation’s sales function, d.) an increase in sales from IPT dealership network, and e.) commencement of full scale commercialization.

During the fourth quarter of 2011, the Corporation has delivered, and installed 178 HydraGen™ units on Pepsi Beverages transport vehicles. The order was received from Hydrogen Fuel Systems Inc (HFS), a distributor of Dynamic. The Corporation continues to work with (HFS).

To date the Corporation has designed and delivered a HydraGen™ unit specifically for the Detroit Diesel Series 60 (DDS60) engine. The HydraGen™ is currently being modified and tested to meet the requirements for additional transportation engine families.

The Corporation commits to provide greater clarity in future MD&A filings and press releases as events occur in order to keep the shareholders better informed as events and programs evolve.
