Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 21, 2020) -  Gemoscan Canada, Inc. ("Gemoscan" or the "Company"), announces the resignations of Brian Kalish, Scott Wilson and James Jones. Mr. Kalish tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer and Director effective October 21, 2015 and January 8, 2016, respectively. Mr. Wilson and Mr. Jones tendered their resignation as Directors effective January 8, 2016.
