WallStreetDocs and Compliance Xpressware LLP Launch First Completely Automated STP Solution for the Filing of Structured Product Offering Documents with the SEC

The new WSD component, called WallStreetDocs EDGAR ("WSD EDGAR"), gives WSD users the option of replacing the current manual processes of conversion and SEC filing of Form 424B2s and FWPs. WSD clients are now able to create, edit, automatically convert, and submit SEC filings from within a single STP platform. The availability of instant SEC proofs and automated filing provides significant time and cost efficiencies.
