Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 5, 2026) - E Ventures Inc. ("E Ventures" or the "Company") is issuing this news release to correct disclosure previously provided in its News Release dated April 30, 2026 (the "Original Disclosure").

Description of Correction

The Original Disclosure stated that the Company meets the eligibility criteria under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers ("SAR"), specifically, the Company would like to clarify the following:

Previous Statement: "The Company confirms it meets the pilot program's eligibility criteria, which include being a venture issuer with annual revenues of less than $10 million in its most recently completed financial year and maintaining a clean 12-month continuous disclosure record with no outstanding material defaults under securities legislation."

Corrected Statement: "The Company does not meet the eligibility criteria under the SAR program as it is not listed on the CSE or the TSX-V exchanges. Accordingly, the Company's adoption of the SAR program is hereby withdrawn, and the Company will revert to its quarterly financial reporting obligations."

At the request of staff of the Ontario Securities Commission in connection with a staff review, the Company has identified that it does not satisfy the exchange-listing eligibility requirement under the SAR program.

The Company will resume filing unaudited interim financial statements and the related MD&A for the three-month period ending March 31, 2026 and all subsequent quarterly periods, in accordance with National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
