Early Warning Report Issued Pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 in Respect of the Acquisition of Units of Parkit Enterprise Inc.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 20, 2014) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Mario Grech announces that he has recently acquired 1,420,000 units of Parkit Enterprise Inc ("Parkit"), with each unit consisting of one common share and one half share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the purchase of one additional common share of Parkit for $0.50 for a period of 24 months following the date of issuance.

Mario Grech currently holds 1,880,500 common shares and 710,000 warrants of Parkit, which represents 9.2% of Parkit's currently outstanding common shares, and 12.3% of Parkit's common shares on a partially diluted basis assuming full exercise of the warrants.

The securities acquired by Mario Grech referred to above are held for investment purposes. In the future, he may increase or decrease his ownership of securities of Parkit from time to time depending upon the business and future market conditions.
