Gstaad Announces Transfer to NEX Board

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 4, 2014) - Gstaad Capital Corp. (TSXV: GTD.P) ("Gstaad" or the "Company") announces that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") to transfer its listing from the Tier 2 board of the TSX-V and to be reinstated for trading on the NEX board. The TSX-V has accepted the application and the Company has cancelled 1,000,000 common shares held in escrow. The Company received majority disinterested shareholder approval to the transfer to NEX and the cancellation of the 1,000,000 seed shares held in escrow at the Company's annual and special meeting held on September 16, 2013.

The TSX-V has advised that it will issue a bulletin soon after this news release is disseminated where the Company's shares will be reinstated for trading on NEX. The Company's symbol will change from GTD.P to GTD.H. There is no change in the Company's name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital.
