Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 28, 2013) - Montana Gold Mining Company Inc. (CNSX: MGM) is pleased to welcome the international mining community to Toronto for the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada's (PDAC) International Convention, which is being held from March 3rd to March 6th, 2013.

Montana Gold Mining Company Inc. will be exhibiting at this year's Investor's Exchange and we invite shareholders and interested investors to talk to our team at PDAC Booth #2612.

Some exciting developments we will be discussing include:

Montana Gold Mining Company Inc. is a gold exploration company with two 100% owned drill ready gold projects in the states of Nevada and Montana.

The Golden Trail Project, Elko County, Nevada is located on the Pequop Gold Trend in north-eastern Nevada, 52 miles north of the Newmont Long Canyon project. In 2011, Newmont completely surrouned the Golden Trail with mineral claims.

The Silver Bell-St.Lawrence Gold Project, Virginia City Mining District, Montana is the site of two past producing gold mines located 3,600 feet apart. Exploration is between the two former mines along strike and at depth.
