Accend Capital Receives Conditional Approval of TSX Venture Exchange for Silverside Cobalt Property Acquisition and Files Filing Statement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 4, 2017) - Accend Capital Corporation (TSXV: ADP.H) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for its proposed acquisition (the "Transaction") of the Silverside cobalt property (the "Property"). The Transaction constitutes a "Qualifying Transaction" for the Company under Exchange Policy 2.4 - Capital Pool Companies, and includes an option to acquire a further 2,400 hectares surrounding the Property.

The Company has filed on SEDAR its filing statement, dated October 2, 2017, relating to the Transaction (the "Filing Statement"), and a technical report prepared for the Company in respect of the Property.
