Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 25, 2017) - Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS) (OTCQB: LDSYF) (FSE: LD6) (WKN: A14XHT) ("LDS" or the "Company") announces that on July 21, 2017, Adelanto City Council held its first reading of the new amendment to an ORDINANCE NO. 572 AMENDING SECTION 17.80.090 OF THE ADELANTO MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING MEDICAL CANNABIS MANUFACTURING TO PERMIT AND REGULATE VOLATILE MANUFACTURING OF CANNABIS WITHIN THE CITY (the "ORDINANCE NO. 572" or "Ordinance"). At the first reading the amendment was voted on and passed.

The ORDINANCE NO. 572 was proposed in early June 2017 and all previously issued permits and CUP's for manufacturing and extraction were precluded from receiving Certificates of Occupancy until the Ordinance could be amended and new more stringent safety measures could be included into the Ordinance . The reading of the new amendment on July 21, 2017 was the first step to the enactment of the amended safety measures to the Ordinance 572. The second step will come on July 26, 2017, when Adelanto City Council will hold a second reading and vote on the amendment to Ordinance 572. If the amendment is approved by the City Council on July 26, 2017, the newly amended Ordinance and its additional safety measures would go into effect in 30 days, making August 25, 2017, the effective date for Certificates of Occupancy to be issued.

The Company believes that its facility in Adelanto as designed already meets and or exceeds the safety measures proposed by the amended ordinance for the City of Adelanto. Furthermore, the Company applauds and fully supports the efforts of the City of Adelanto in addressing these concerns in an efficient, effective and timely manner.

The Company intends to give further guidance to its shareholders after the July 26, 2017 City Council meeting.
