Jenex Completes Design of TherOzap(TM) Working Prototype and Signs Service Agreement with University Health Network to Initiate Testing Against the Zika and West Nile Viruses

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 7, 2017) - The Jenex Corporation (TSXV: JEN.H) ("Jenex", or the "Company"), a progressive medical device technology company, would like to report that the design of the working prototype for the patent pending TherOZap™ is now complete. Jenex has optimized the features on the TherOZap™ working prototype device to determine its effectiveness at inactivating both the Zika virus and West Nile virus and potentially other mosquito-borne diseases. Further, Jenex would like to report that it has signed an agreement with University Health Network ("UHN") to initiate testing of the TherOZap™ device. Over the next several weeks Jenex will be coordinating with the Techna Institute at UHN to devise the protocols for the initial tests. It is anticipated that once all testing is complete Jenex will finalize the features for the consumer product device and seek regulatory approval where required.
