(TSXV: RJX.A) ("RJK" or the "Company") RJK wishes to advise, further to the news release dated March 17, 2017, it has received an extension from the TSXV with respect to the duration of its previously announced private placement. The outside date upon which final acceptance of the private placement will be granted by the TSXV is May 3, 2017.
