Cloud Nine Files Preliminary IPO Prospectus with Regulators

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 6, 2016) - Cloud Nine Education Group Ltd. (the "Company" or "Cloud Nine") is pleased to announce that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities commissions in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario in connection with the Company's proposed initial public offering previously announced in its news release dated April 21, 2016.

A preliminary prospectus has been filed with the applicable securities commissions but has not yet become final for the purpose of the sale of securities to the public.
