Brigade Announces Amended Unit Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 10, 2016) - Brigade Resource Corp. ("Brigade") is pleased to announce amendments to the terms of its previously announced private placement (the "Private Placement"). Pursuant to the amended Private Placement, the Company is offering up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

Each unit will consist of one common share (a "Share") and one two-year share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional Share at a price of $0.15 per Share for the first 12 months from the date of issue, followed by $0.20 per Share thereafter. All other terms of the Private Placement are unchanged.
