Earth Alive Reports Q3 2015 Financial Results

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - November 30, 2015) - Earth Alive Clean Technologies Inc. (CSE: EAC) ("Earth Alive" or the "Company"), a leading developer and manufacturer of a variety of state-of-the-art microbial technology-based products for agriculture and dust control, today reported its financial results and operational highlights for its third quarter ended September 30, 2015.

Highlights from Q3 2015:

• Revenues $891,574 for the year to date is a 200% year over year increase
• Agriculture revenue $350,850 for the year to date, surpassing all of FY 2014
• Dust revenue $540,724 for the year to date is a 85% year over year increase
• Completion of Barrick Gold dust control order in Chile for total revenues of $399,000 for the 9 months.

Earth Alive also announces that while preparing the interim financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015, it has identified an error related to its previously filed financial statements (the "Financial Statements") and management discussion and analysis (the "MD&A") for the three month and six month periods ended June 30, 2015. Revenues relating to pro forma invoices amounting to $61,777 for sales in Central and South America were recorded in error. Consequently, the Company has filed amended and restated Financial Statements and MD&A for that period, copies of which are available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
