IberAmerican Lithium Corp. Announces Continuance Under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 18, 2023) - IberAmerican Lithium Corp. (NEO: IBER) (formerly, 1317198 B.C. Ltd.) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed articles of continuance to continue the Company out of the Province of British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and into the Province of Ontario under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the "Continuance"). The Continuance was approved by the shareholders of the Company by written special resolution dated August 18, 2023 and the effective date of the articles of continuance is September 18, 2023. The Continuance was completed in connection with the reverse takeover transaction with IberAmerican Lithium Inc. which was completed on September 1, 2023.
