Canuc Appoints New CFO

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - May 28, 2015) - Canuc Resources Corporation (TSXV: CDA) ("Canuc" or the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Robert Lelovic, CA, CPA to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lelovic worked for one of the world's largest professional services firms for over ten years and has extensive experience in public company reporting, corporate governance, and compliance. His work has spanned a variety of industries including consumer industrial products, technology, oil and gas, and mining. Mr. Lelovic is the Managing Director of Robert Lelovic Professional Corporation, a company registered with the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario authorized to engage in the profession of public accounting. He currently serves on various public company boards. Mr. Lelovic graduated with a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with a major in Accounting from York University in 1998.

Mr. Lelovic is replacing James Macintosh. Canuc is extremely grateful for service provided by Mr. Macintosh and wishes him all best in his future endeavours.
