Jemi Fibre Corp. Announces Grant of Options

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 13, 2015) - Jemi Fibre Corp. (TSXV: JFI) ("Jemi Fibre" or the "Company") announces a grant of 190,000 options to directors, officers and consultants to the Company in connection with recent appointments. The grant of options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), subject to applicable regulatory hold periods and the termination provisions of the Company's stock option plan. 140,000 of the options are exercisable at $0.60 per share for five years and 50,000 of the options are exercisable at $0.60 for three years. The Company has also applied to the Exchange for approval to exchange up to $300,000 of debt into common shares of the Company at a price of $0.60 per share.
