Early Warning Report Issued Pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 in Respect of the Acquisition of Securities of Lakeview Hotel Investment Corp.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 9, 2014) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Mario Grech announces that on December 9, 2014 he acquired 5,000 shares and 35,000 warrants of Lakeview Hotel Investment Corp. ("Lakeview").

Mario Grech currently holds 1,792,000 common shares and 673,500 warrants of Lakeview, which represents 9.16% of Lakeview's currently outstanding common shares, and 12.19% of Lakeview's common shares on a partially diluted basis assuming full exercise of the warrants.

The securities acquired by Mario Grech referred to above are held for investment purposes. In the future, he may increase or decrease his ownership of securities of Lakeview from time to time depending upon the business and future market conditions.
