Deer Horn is developing a gold-silver-tellurium deposit in west central British Columbia, 135 kilometres southwest of the community of Burns Lake and 36 kilometres south of the Huckleberry Mine copper-gold mine. The property consists of 18 claims covering 5,133 hectares.

Pursuant to the terms of an option agreement dated August 12, 2009, the company was granted an option to acquire an initial 50% interest in the Deerhorn Property by incurring work costs totalling $5,000,000 within four years. The company earned this initial 50% interest in May 2013, and has an option to acquire a further 25% interest by paying the costs required to bring the Deerhorn Property to commercial production.

It reported an updated reserve estimate from within the mineralized zones at a 1 gram per tonne cut-off of 414,000 tonnes averaging 5.12 grams per tonne gold and 157.5 grams per tonne silver and 160 parts per million tellurium classified as Indicated. An additional 197,000 tonnes averaging 5.04 grams per tonne gold, 146.5 grams per tonne silver and 137 parts per million tellurium are classified as Inferred.

Tellurium is one of earth's rarest elements, with demand increasing dramatically due to its use in high-efficiency solar panels.
