ARC is in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral exploration properties around the world. The company has a 100% legal and beneficial interest in the Lac Colombet property, located south of Ungava Bay, approximately 1,500 kilometres north of Montreal.

The property lies in the central part of the Labrador Trough, and consists of 57 contiguous, unpatented mining claims comprising approximately 1,700 hectares or 4,200 acres. The property has had considerable work performed over the years by various companies, and has known copper occurrences and high-grade copper float. A November 2013 NI 43-101 Technical Report, which is available on Sedar.com, recommends that detailed, ground geophysical surveys be conducted over the entire area to determine the source of the copper floats.

The company is actively seeking other projects, and currently has 69 million shares outstanding.
